RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please follow the return instructions before returning items:

  • All returns must be postmarked within four (4) days of the purchase date. Only damaged or wrong product received by the customer can be returned. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Products bought in sale cannot be returned. Products will be delivered within 4-15 days from the date of order.

  • Provide a unboxing video to ensure peace of mind for us and to rectify genuine errors. For any defective product received, mail us at anukhii.support@gmail.com with high resolution pictures of the damaged product. We will replace the item for you is there was a breakage during the transit or delivery, However, no refunds or replacement will be provided for user damage.

  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or provide store credit .  Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return, exchange or cancellation. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement  depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

To return an item, please email customer service at anukhii.support@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item(unused) along with the packaging and hand it over to the agent. 

PLEASE NOTE: AFTER INSPECTING THE ISSUE,IF YOUR REASON IS FOUND TO BE DISHONEST,NOT GENUINE OR INAUTHENTIC  THEN IN SUCH CASES YOU SHALL BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN . THE REMAINING AMOUNT AFTER DEDUCTION WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
