- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- During high-demand periods (sales, launches), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Locations in India: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2000
- Standard shipping charges shall apply to orders below this value
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include additional fee.
4. Packaging
Every Anukhii order is:
- Carefully packed to ensure product safety
- Delivered in premium, secure packaging suitable for gifting
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 2 times
- If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- Currently, we do not offer international shipping
